Refund Policy

Puma Recreational League / Puma Cubs / Puma Skills Club
Full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, until 28 days prior to the start of Puma Recreational League / Puma Cubs / Puma Skills Club.
Refunds will ONLY be given after this period for the following

Medically documented injury or illness that prevents finishing the season.
Documentation that child is moving out of a PUMA FC area.
Other extenuating circumstances approved by Club Director.

Summer / Winter Programs and Camps

All refund requests within 28 days of a program state date of any prepaid fees are prorated and less any expenses, administration fees, refund processing fees
